Description

Arabica Son La – Light, elegant flavor from the Northwest mountains and forests
Grown at an altitude of over 1,000m in the Son La mountains, Arabica Son La has a gentle aroma, natural sour taste and a slightly sweet aftertaste, easy to drink. Beans have low caffeine content (1.2 – 1.5%), reduce bitterness, very suitable for light roast coffee lines, manual brewing or as OEM ingredients for brands that need delicate and balanced flavors.

Processing:
Washed – coffee cherries are harvested when red and ripe, hulled, fermented and washed to remove the mucilage before drying. This process helps to keep the flavor pure, sour and clean aftertaste.

Characteristic flavor:
• The light, gentle fragrance typical of the highlands
• Light, bright sour taste – brings a fresh feeling
• Sweet, long lasting natural aftertaste
• Less bitter due to low caffeine content (1.2 – 1.5%)
• Suitable for light roasts, craft brewing and cold brew
