Products on our catalog pages are sorted by: (1) certification level (EUDR/4C/RA certified first), (2) stock availability, (3) popularity based on RFQ volume. No paid promotion or sponsored placement influences product ordering.
Reference prices displayed on this website are calculated using ICE Futures (Robusta) and ICE Futures (Arabica C) benchmark prices, adjusted for quality premiums, certification costs, and FOB/CIF logistics. Prices update daily and are indicative only — final pricing is provided via formal quotation.
Our website chatbot is powered by VINA AI, VinaCoffee's intelligent assistant. The chatbot provides product information and directs inquiries to our sales team. It does not store personal data, make purchasing decisions, or provide binding price quotes. Human escalation is available at any time.
No personal identifiable information (PII) is stored in the website application. All form submissions are processed through encrypted API services and stored in Google BigQuery (asia-southeast1 region) in compliance with Decree 13/2023 data localization requirements.
