VinaCoffee Group Joint Stock Company (MST: 0316691829) operates vinacoffee.vn as a B2B coffee export information and inquiry platform. The website provides product information, reference pricing, and a Request for Quotation (RFQ) system. No binding sales contract is formed through website interactions alone.
This website and its services are intended for B2B buyers — registered businesses, importers, distributors, and trading companies. Individual consumer purchases are not supported. By submitting an RFQ, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
All pricing displayed on this website is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed via formal quotation after RFQ review. Orders are binding only upon execution of a signed Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice accepted by both parties.
Payment terms are negotiated per contract and may include Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or other agreed methods. Standard terms: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 70% balance against shipping documents. Vietnamese dong (VND) applies for domestic transactions per Pháp lệnh Ngoại hối.
